		<description>These models may appear to offer good service, but do not always give senior citizens an accurate picture of what is available.  They tell people that the counselors are not commissioned sales people, but the company will only work with insurance plans that pay the company commission.  Not exactly an unbiased representation.  Someone in in Washington, D.C. is told there are only 3 plans available, when Medicare (www.medicare.gov) lists dozens!</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve talked to a number of people who have used these guys, and from what I can tell, they are a high service, high touch model.  My sense is that they have had good experiences.</description>
